ECAS Consultants Pte Ltd is registered with BCA to offer Project Management Services for the construction industry under PSPC-PM04. We are qualified to manage construction projects, whether it is a new building, a new extension of a building, Alteration & Addition (A&A) Works, or upgrading works, up to S$13 million project value. We, therefore, offer project management and consultancy services for a wide range of engineering and construction activities to our clients and to ensure that their critical tasks and goals are met accordingly.

With ECAS’ strong background in construction management and design consultancy, and its multi-disciplinary engineering capabilities, we work closely with our clients to make sure that all aspects of their projects are followed through. We can also foresee risks of a project from the beginning stage of the development and manage them so that these have the least impact on the completion of the project. Our ultimate goal is to deliver a high quality project, within the client’s budget and within the planned schedule.
