The following shows the BIM process at ECAS.

It all seems easy until we realise that there are limitations in the process.

In the grand scheme of things, despite the challenges faced by BIM, there are advantages:

Teams working on BIM models will have to work together to overcome the limitations of using BIM, while leveraging on its advantages, in order to harness the full potential of BIM.
