The five-storey building is built with composite slab and column. BONDEK slab system of various thickness (150mm, 200mm and 225mm) were adopted. The composite columns consist of concrete encased hot rolled steel section. This system provides excellent strength capacity with a smaller cross section area and a lightweight design.
