ECAS offers structural design for building projects ranging from residential buildings to commercial, institutional, hospitality, and industrial buildings. ECAS also has expertise in the conservation of historical buildings or shophouses. Whether it is a condominium or a state school, our professionals will work with all parties to find cost-effective solutions to the project.

We have been key players in the development of Lumos condominium and Jurong East Court HDB. We were also involved in the Spectra Secondary School in Woodlands, a school that received the Green Mark Award from BCA for its energy saving structure.
