ECAS receives Singapore Quality Class certification for its attainment of strong business fundamentals and standards for good business performance.

Two years ago, ECAS embarked on a journey to understand its current performance, compare it to others in the industry, and strive for improvement. It was a journey to strive for excellence: Business Excellence. Although this journey is ongoing, this month we received our first milestone. ECAS Consultants Pte Ltd was given the Singapore Quality Class certification by SPRING Singapore, a certification given to companies that have attained robust business fundamentals and that meet standards of good business performance.

During this journey to excellence, we have studied our company in great detail. We have looked at the key components of leadership, strategy, process, customers, people, knowledge, and results. We have a very clear understanding of where our company stands compare to others, we know in what aspects we are strong, and in which ones we need to improve. We have now a benchmark to keep improving and achieving higher standards.

We would like to thank all our employees for their dedication to achieving this milestone. Without them we would not be the company that we are today. We look forward to continuing our road towards excellence with all employees. After all, excellence is one of our core values.
